My Ojai is a mobile app and web tool that allows for enhanced communication between Ojai residents and City Hall, by allowing residents to quickly and easily report issues, such as code enforcement complaints, needed street repairs, facilities issues and other items. The software identifies the location of the issue based on the location of the smartphone application. The software also allows the City to assign and track work to respond to those issues, and provides reporting so that management can review responses and identify needs.
