The proposed project includes a zone change, Design Review Permit (DRP), and General Plan Amendment (GPA) application request. The proposed project is within the Special Housing Overlay (SPL). -304 South Montgomery (15 affordable units – 3 low and 12 moderate – two stories). The proposed project includes a zone change, Design Review Permit (DRP), and General Plan Amendment (GPA) application request.
